->inputting ”cmd”, then press 【Enter】->try to ping your DDNS host name(i.e. ping

vvmedvr123.dyndns.org), if you find IP address responding is not accordance with your

WAN IP, or you find it can’t be pinged out(just like below), then it shows DDNS service

doesn’t work normally, suggest you carefully check step 6-7 in manual.
